In my opinion, I can divide the data into two classes, These two classes include the urgent  sensed data and the normal sensed data . The urgent data is the data which requires urgent transmission. The normal data is the data which a slight transmission delay. For security reasons, the proposed transmission method uses two kinds of blockchains: urgent data ledger, and normal data ledger.
